| The
house features 2 guest rooms. Both have private baths and
are tastefully decorated with antiques, hand-painted crafts,
Nova Scotia art and well-known writings. There is a sitting
room and a tv available for guests' use. A cot is available.
The
large front deck offers a spectacular view of the harbour
and is a great place to enjoy one of our delicious home-cooked
breakfast.
We
also have 2 housekeeping suites which are completely self
sufficient and have every thing you'll need for a pleasant,
comfortable stay. They have double beds, full baths, tv's,
a barbeque and a ground level patio.
One has a pull out sofa bed (great for couples traveling
with children), the other is wheelchair accessible.
A full country breakfast is served between 7:30 am.
and 9:30 am.
Daily
features include fresh baking, pancakes with blueberry
maple syrup or fresh strawberries, frittata, french toast
and a ham, cheese and veggie omlette.
If
weather permits breakfast will be served on the front
veranda over looking the harbour.

encourage guests to enjoy a nice relaxing rest
in our hammock under an ancient chestnut tree.

If
you are the adventurous type try our heritage/nature
trail. The trail connects the property to a nearby
picnic park located right on the water.
