Access to the Control Panel is available by entering https://www.yourdomainname.com/admin into the address bar of your browser. The Control Panel login screen with the username and password fields should appear.

There are two different types of logins:

1. Domain User
2. Mail User

Domain users have the ability to administer mail accounts, web users, databases, protected directories, etc.

Step 1 Enter your login. This will be your domain name. (eg. domainname.com)

Step 2 Enter your domain password. (Passwords should be between 6-8 alpha-numeric characters.)

Each mail user has the ability to log in and manage their own individual mailbox. Mail administration allows you to change email password, create an autoresponder, email redirect, etc.

Step 1 Enter your login. This will consist of your complete email address. (email@domain.com)

Step 2 Enter your email password. (Passwords must be between 6-8 alpha-numeric characters.)
